prepares students for the Foundation level GCSE

Numbers, Data Handling, Algebra and Space, Measure and Shape.

Assessment
This course is compulsory for students who have a GCSE
Maths Grade 3 or lower.

Entry Requirements
Students who are successful on this course will be fully
focused and committed. They must be prepared to take full advantage of all
support and resources available.
The final Grade is based on 3 written papers (two calculator
and one non-calculator), each lasting 1.5 hours. Students will have the
opportunity to sit the examinations in either November or June.
