Course Overview
Care planning plays an important role in healthcare and
creates a person-centred approach to care. This qualification aims to improve
understanding about promoting the preferences and needs of an individual when
providing their care and support. It will also help to enhance knowledge of
supporting nutrition and health, as well as how to support an individual to
maintain their personal hygiene.
