Course Overview

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is an age-old practice that involves applying pressure to the hands, feet, face, and even ears while using particular thumb, finger and palm movements. A system of 10 "zones" and "reflex regions" that map a mirror image of the body on the feet and hands will serve as the foundation for this reflexology course.

Its purpose is to use observation along with sensitive touch to balance areas of "congestion" and restore the free-flow of energy throughout the body in order to assist with physical healing and improvements to a sense of wellbeing and homeostasis.
