Every day you will be able to use industry standard studio spaces to produce and record your tracks.You will be learning how to compose and produce music from lecturers working in the industry.You will be creating the styles of music you want to, enabling you to form who you are as an artist or producer.
All assessment is project based. You will be taught content that you then take into an assessment project to show what you have learnt. You will need to demonstrate the skills and techniques covered in sessions within your assessments and you will have to keep either written, video or audio logs to evidence you working. You will also have research projects covering the music industry where you undertake personal research tasks to show your understanding of a topic.
Each assessment is graded as pass, merit or distinction and at the end of the year your final grade is calculated on what you achieved across all of the projects.
