Optional modules include Tender & Procurement and Science & Materials.

Entry Requirements
To enter the program, applicants typically need a BTEC Level 3 qualification in Construction or a related field or a strong GCE Advanced Level profile with relevant subjects, usually supported by GCSEs at grades A*-C (or 9-4), including Maths and English. Other related Level 3 qualifications are also accepted. Applicants with an Access to Higher Education Diploma from an approved institution or equivalent international qualifications at Level 3, along with English language proficiency (if applicable), may also apply. Relevant work experience in construction or a related industry can be considered, particularly for mature students or those without formal qualifications.
