Course Overview
This occupation is about providing support and advice about pension schemes or plans. Pension administrators will administer transfers into or out of the pension scheme, support with financial tasks, provide pension data to customers, update member records and set up benefits for members. The programme of study will cover topics such as different pension schemes, principles of pension processes, principles of schemes, complaints procedures and communication styles.

Assessment
You will be assessed on your practical skills in the workplace, ensuring they meet industry standards for performance, as well as your understanding of key workplace competencies and knowledge.You will be assessed on your theoretical skills through an End Point Assessment, which includes a knowledge test and presentation.
