Course Overview
This occupation is about being a specialist in handling more complex customer requests, complaints and queries. You will resolve ongoing customer problems, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction. You are expected to be knowledgeable in your organisation's products and services, using different IT systems to carry out your role. Topics covered in the course include business knowledge and understanding, customer journey knowledge, customer service culture and environment awareness.

You will be assessed on your practical skills in the workplace, ensuring they meet industry standards for performance, as well as your understanding of key workplace competencies and knowledge.You will be assessed on your theoretical skills through an End Point Assessment, which includes a knowledge test and presentation.
