Course Overview
This course will give you a broad introduction to the aviation industry, both on the ground and in the air. Aviation is one of the most exciting and important industries in the UK. The last ten years has seen rapid growth, and the aviation industry has expanded throughout the UK & Internationally. With new airlines, expanded airports and growing route networks, there is a need for a skilled and well-educated workforce. The industry has bounced back strongly from COVID and continues to grow.

Course Highlights
The course provides a number of transferable skills designed to support your own career aspirations as well as develop your knowledge of the aviation industry.
You will investigate the UK Aviation Industry, Health and Safety, Security, as well as learn about Onboard Passenger Operations using our classroom aircraft cabin crew trainer.

Entry Requirements
Three GCSEs at grades 3/D as a minimum OR a related Level 1 vocational qualification;
AND;
Including a GCSE at grade 3/D (or equivalent) as a minimum in English OR English and Mathematics assessed at Entry 3 or above by College assessment.
A satisfactory reference will also be requested showing a minimum of 85% attendance.
