Course Overview
This qualification is designed to enhance learners' knowledge of safeguarding adults within health and social care settings. The course consists of four units, introducing learners to the following key topics: Understanding Safeguarding Principles of Dignity Duty of Care Dilemmas and Public Concerns in Adult Health and Social Care Upon successful completion of this Dignity and Safeguarding course, learners may progress to the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care. Our Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Dignity and Safeguarding in Adult Health and Social Care serves as an excellent foundation for those pursuing a career in the health and social care sector.

Entry Requirements
There are no specific entry requirements for this course; however, learners should possess at least a Level 1 qualification in literacy or an equivalent credential. Our Level 1 and 2 distance learning courses are available free of charge for those eligible for government funding, provided you meet the following criteria: - Age Requirement: Must be 19 years or older. - Age 19-23: You must hold a full Level 2 qualification or higher, such as five GCSEs or O Levels at grades A-C (or 9-4), two or three AS Levels, one A Level, NVQ Level 2, First Certificate, or Principles of Learning Level 2. - Age 24 and Over: No qualifications are required. - Enrolment Status: You must not be enrolled in any other distance learning course with us, - Residency Requirement: You must have been living in the UK for the last three years.
