Assessment
This course is ideal if you enjoy course work and is particularly attractive to those who prefer modular based learning, outdoor activities and fitness. Students will be assessed via practical work, presentations, practical observations, assignments, case studies and tests.

Entry Requirements
4 GCSEs grade 9-4 (A*-C) or a related Level 2 vocational qualification (at merit or higher), including English and maths. Equivalence of these qualifications will be considered. Mature applicants may be considered on relevant experience without having the required entry requirements. However, an interview will always be required.
