Assessment
Your progress will be assessed throughout the year via a series of assignments and projects, which will include: Practical reports Scientific investigations Presentations Significant portion of your assessments will focus on practical investigations, with tutor observations factored into the final evaluation. Additionally, there will be some external assessments in the core units, along with a practical assessment that combines with coursework to determine your final grade.

Entry Requirements
To enroll in this course, you must meet the following criteria: Three GCSEs at grades 3/D or higher, or a related Level 1 vocational qualification. At least one GCSE at grade 3/D (or equivalent) inEnglish**, or have English and Maths assessed at Entry 3 or above through college assessment. A satisfactory reference may be requested.
