Assessment
Your assessment will include a variety of coursework that emphasizes practical application, such as: Practical Reports Scientific Investigations Presentations Each assessment be graded as Pass, Merit, or Distinction, and assignments are designed to reflect real-world scenarios that you would encounter in the industry. A significant portion of these assessments will focus on practical investigations, with tutor observations incorporated into the final evaluation. Additionally, you will be required to complete three external examinations

Entry Requirements
To enrol in this course you must meet the following criteria: Four GCSEs at grades 9-4/A*-C or a related Level 2 vocational course at Merit or. (If a pass grade is achieved, GCSE grades and/or Functional Skills results may also be considered.) At least one GCSE at grade 9-4/A*-C (or equivalent) in English or Mathematics, or have English and Mathematics assessed at Level 1 or above through college assessment. A satisfactory reference may also be requested.
