personnel, vehicle recovery personnel, vehicle dismantlers, vehicle damage
assessors, insurance companies, vehicle hire companies, and electric/hybrid
professional vehicle drivers. It contains the knowledge of the dangers
surrounding electric/hybrid vehicles (all variations) and the precautions to
avoid potential injury.
